Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Access Ghana (ghanavibe.base44.app) and the travel, real estate, rental, transport and marketplace services offered through it. By booking or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. Our Services

We curate all-inclusive Sankofa Journeys, list diaspora real estate and rentals, offer vehicle hire with professional drivers, and operate a marketplace where approved vendors, hosts and businesses can list their services. Unless stated otherwise, the specific terms of your booking are confirmed at the time you book.

2. Bookings & Payment Plans

• A booking is confirmed once your deposit is paid and you receive a confirmation.
• Installment plans divide your balance across the months before departure; the full amount is due by the stated deadline before travel.
• Prices are in USD; Canadian dollar figures shown are live conversions for convenience and are charged in USD.
• Cancellation, change and refund terms are set out with your booking confirmation.

3. Flights & Arrival

Flights are part of your all-inclusive journey: at booking you select your round-trip flights with our flight finder, and your concierge confirms your itinerary before you travel. Flights must arrive at Kotoka International Airport (Accra) on your booked departure date; everything on the ground from arrival onward is handled by us.

4. Travel Documents & Health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining your Ghana visa, and meeting health requirements. We provide guidance and checklists, but issuing authorities make the final decision.

5. Real Estate & Dream City

Property listings, villa concepts and pricing are provided for information and do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice. Buyers are responsible for independent due diligence; our team supports title verification and agreement processes, and all purchases are governed by the sales agreement you sign. Nothing on this site binds a seller until a written agreement is executed.

6. Marketplace Listings & Advertising

Rentals, vehicles, businesses and advertisements are supplied by third parties. We review listings before publication, but we do not own or operate them, and their availability, condition and pricing are the lister's responsibility. Inquiries and bookings flow directly to the listing owner.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including airline delays, weather, and acts of government.
